The Jonas Brothers, a music trio that rose to fame through the Disney Channel, have appeared in multiple games on the Nintendo DS console. The games, which all have some musical element, recreate hit songs, solve puzzles or reenact scenes from Jonas-led movies like "Camp Rock."
Ultimate Band
The dual screens on the Nintendo DS convert into interactive instruments in Disney's "Ultimate Band" game. Players can "play" the guitar, drums or sing along with the band. Players can also choose their own custom band and go on tour. The game features the Jonas Brothers' song "Hold On." That song is available at the start. Five more songs will open after the player successfully defeats several challenges.
Camp Rock Final Jam
"Camp Rock: The Final Jam" features the Jonas Brothers as their characters from the movie of the same name. Players pick a Jonas Brother and explore the camp to find instruments, race other campers, and solve puzzles like hidden object picture games. The player also has to learn songs for the "Final Jam." Each character can be customized with clothing and accessories unlocked by winning mini-games. For example, the "Dance Along" mini-game shows a character dancing. Players must mimic the moves with the D-Pad and stylus.
Disney Jonas - Concert Section
The Jonas brothers starred in their own TV show "Jonas" and this game is based on that series. The first part is the "Concert" section. Players choose a Jonas Brother and then play in six concerts with the DS Stylus. Each concert gets more challenging with new songs and harder objectives. Points earned can be used in the "Jonas Store" for extras like outfits and mini-games.
Disney Jonas - Exploration Section
The "Exploration Section" takes players into the "Jonas" show. Players walk around to different locations from the show, talk with other characters and play backstage mini-games like foosball. A "Dress Up" game features dozens of different costumes and accessories the Jonas Brothers can wear. After players dress them, the Jonas Brothers show off the costumes and can wear them during concert performances.
