The Internet is a fun place to design and share creations with others while exploring virtual worlds and online communities. Create virtual monsters by playing online games and monster-themed virtual worlds, such as Moshi Monsters. Whether you are planning to join a new community of virtual monsters, or you would like to create a monster-themed avatar for your online identity, Moshi Monsters allows players to create virtual Monsters entirely free of charge.
Instructions
1. Open your computer's default Internet browser (such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer) and visit the Moshi Monsters' official website (moshimonsters.com).
2. Select "Adopt a Monster" from the homepage of Moshi Monsters and create a new account that will include your Moshi Monster's nickname. Follow the on-screen instructions and choose a username, password and enter other details (such as your e-mail address and birth date) to confirm your registration on Moshi Monsters.
3. Check the e-mail account you used to register on Moshi Monsters to find the confirmation link to verify your account with Moshi Monsters. Click the link to confirm your Moshi Monsters registration.
4. Log in to your Moshi Monsters account after you register and verify your account, using the e-mail address and password used when you registered on the site.
5. Choose a base monster once you log in, to begin creating your own virtual monster. You will receive various options of monster avatars to base your own monster off. Once you choose your monster, you have the capability to customize and personalize it.
6. Select the main color of your Moshi Monster, as well as an extra color for your monster and press "Next" to continue.
7. Accept the Moshi Monsters adoption rules and press "Next" to give your Monster a name and finish the "adoption" process of your own virtual monster. Once you adopt your Moshi Monster, you can play with it in the virtual Moshi Monsters world---purchasing clothing and other toys for your monster while travelling and exploring the virtual Moshi Monsters world.
